Our mission is to Improve the Quality Of Life for Those We Serve.  We do that by providing high quality in-home caregivers to serve you.  

Glen Davis and Damon Cecil own the Right at Home North Phoenix office.  Glen, originally from Massachusetts, resides in the North Valley with his wife Doriann.  Damon, a California native and Arizona Law Enforcement Officer, lives in Phoenix with Melissa and their children.  Damon and Glen have been friends and business partners for more than a decade.

Both Damon and Glen are proud veterans of the United States military.  Glen has served as president of a national loss prevention company as well as a vice president for a Fortune 500 global information technology company.  Prior to these roles, his background was in law enforcement.  Damon has also dedicated much of his professional life serving the public as a police officer before moving on to running his own full-service financial services company, specializing in Reverse Mortgages and other financial products to assist seniors. 

Right at Home of North Phoenix is proud to serve the community by providing screened, trained, insured, and bonded caregivers for a variety of care giving needs.  Whether it's for extra assistance after a stay in the hospital, an aging parent who needs extra help to remain in their home, companionship, or as a respite for the family member who cares for an ailing loved one, Right at Home can help.  

At Right at Home, Maintaining Independence is an Option!  Our home care services are as flexible as your needs.  We provide care for as little as a few hours per day to live-ins, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Our caregivers are tested and professionally trained through our exclusive Right at Home CERT Program^SM(Caregiver Education Recognition & Training program). We believe this ensures we have the highest quality care givers for our clients.
